Subject	NZR, Anyone know about streamline refinancing for a home?

Message	I keep getting these letters in the mail saying that I can refinance my home to a lower rate FOR FREE because my loan is FHA. So, I went in to see what the catch is and it really didnt seem like there was one. BUT, I know the guy is lookin out for #1(himself), so I thought I'd ask on here. Is there a catch or is it good to do? thanxz in advance Mike
